W4K 2025 Winter Season Cancellation / Refund Policy

Refunds of any portion for session fees must be made in writing. W4K 2025 Winter Season Cancellation Form must be completed and returned to tracey.marcoux@winter4kids.org.

Refunds will be issued as follows: *Refunds requested before November 30, 2024 will be issued a full refund (minus the transaction fees). *Refunds requested from December 1, 2024 to December 21, 2024 will receive an 80% refund (minus the transaction fees). *There will be NO refunds issued from December 22, 2024 throughout the remainder of the Winter Season. *All refunds will be issued on the same form of payment the initial session was purchased on.

Changes In Refund Procedures W4K may make changes to the refund policy when considering the health and safety of the participants and staff. No refunds will be given for participants arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from a session, or unable to attend all or part of a session.

All requests for refunds MUST be in writing on the attached form and emailed to: tracey.marcoux@winter4kids.org

Refunds of any portion for camp fees must be made in writing. W4K Holiday Camp Cancellation Form must be completed and returned to tracey.marcoux@winter4kids.org.

Refunds will be issued as follows: *Refunds requested before December 14, 2024 will be issued a full refund (minus the transaction fees). *Refunds requested from December 14, 2024 – December 21, 2024 will receive an 80% refund (minus the transaction fees). *There will be NO refunds issued after the first day of camp has begun. *All refunds will be issued on the same form of payment the initial session was purchased on.
