The Winter4Kids Equipment Technician is responsible for working on ski, snowboard and Nordic equipment; operating drills, torque testers and other ski equipment; adjusting and testing equipment for proper use. Candidate must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions and be able to push lift or pull up to 75 lbs. Day, night and weekend shifts available. Prior equipment technician experience preferred but not required. On-site training provided.

Lift Operator
Winter4Kids Lift Operators assist and provide instruction to all lift passengers in the safe loading and unloading of ski lifts. They provide excellent guest experience by interacting with passengers. Lift operators are crucial in reporting unusual problems or hazardous conditions on the hill and maintaining safe loading and unloading ramps. At Winter4kids lift operators also assist with hill set up and tear down which includes fencing and B-net. Lift operators exemplify our core values through their behavior and professionalism.

Instructor
The Winter4Kids Academy Instructors are responsible for delivering our unique, experiential learning-based curriculum to guide school-aged children from discovery to self-mastery in skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. They partner with the group leaders to assess the abilities of their group and develop a specific plan for the day. Instructors tailor the learning environment to the skills of each group by creating game stations that develop and advance these skills. Instructors lead the Academy group leaders and their kids in the games and activities associated with each game station.

Snowmaker
Winter4kids is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who are willing to work odd hours and learn about the science of making snow. A Snowmaker at Winter4kids operates a state of the art, automated system of pumps, compressors, fan guns and stick guns to make high quality snow in any conditions. Snowmakers are challenged with cold and wet working conditions, overnight hours and heavy lifting. Snowmakers at winter4kids work according to our safety practices that pertain to all equipment operated. A background in pumps, high pressure water systems or irrigation is a plus but not required. We are looking for team members who are willing to be reliable, punctual, follow a snowmaking plan and assist with other functions when needed.

Shuttle Driver
The Winter4Kids seasonal Shuttle Drivers operate a 12 passenger Sprinter to transport guests and employees around the center property as well as offsite parking areas, airports and occasional remote destinations. Ideal candidates must possess a current CDL license with P and S endorsements.

Facilities
The Winter4Kids Facilities staff is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; keeping driveways, stairs, decks and walkways clean; snow and ice removal; trash removal; cleaning and maintaining of all indoor and outdoor areas including restrooms; restocking supplies and other janitorial duties as assigned. This facilities staff also assist with parking upon guest arrival.

Guest Relations
The Winter4Kids Guest Relations staff patrols and secures the interior and exterior of the property and grounds at the center to ensure all guests and staff are safe and secure. Ideal candidates must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. SORA Certification or law enforcement training required.

Ski Patrol
The Winter4Kids Ski Patrollers monitor mountain areas, provide emergency medical care and other necessary assistance to participants and staff. Enforces skiing safety regulations; completes ongoing training, emergency procedures practice and performs various trail maintenance tasks. Must be a NSP member in good standing and be able to ski or snowboard all terrain in all types of conditions. Current OEC, OET and CPR certification required.

Group Leaders
The Winter4Kids Group Leaders guide participants through their winter snowports experience, being a mentor and role model for groups of 14 school-age participants. Group Leaders facilitate the games and activities. They partner with instructors to assess the abilities of their group and implement a specific plan for the day.

Entry Level Program Sales
As the Winter4Kids Entry Level Program Sales Representative you will be responsible for growing our customers by generating leads and identifying target organizations and schools to participate in our programs. We’re looking for a high energy, motivated go-getter with an ability to build trust with stakeholders, demonstrate consultative selling skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a Sales environment REQUIRED. Experience selling into the youth serving organization market, including contract processes, preferred but not required.
