  • Coach

    Coaches guide participants through the Winter4Kids experience, as a mentor and role model for groups of 8 school-age participants. They ensure that all kids are provided a healthy meal, equipment and, if needed, clothing.  Coaches partner with instructors to implement the day’s teaching plan, facilitate games and activities, and assess the abilities of their group.  Beginner to expert skier/snowboarder with snow-sports experience.  Previous experience working with children, preferred.  PSIA/AASI Level 1+ or Children’s Specialist certification, a plus but not required.

  • Equipment Technician

    This position is responsible for working on ski, snowboard and Nordic equipment; operating drills, toque testers and other ski equipment; adjusting and testing equipment for proper use.  Candidate must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, be able to push lift or pull up to 75 lbs. and have the ability to work in extreme cold weather conditions.  Must be able to work graveyard shifts, late night hours, weekends and holidays.  Prior equipment technician experience preferred but not required.  On-site training provided.

  • Lift Operator
    This position is responsible for operating lift equipment; proper loading and unloading of participants; hill set up and take down for opening and closing; clearing snow from ramps and maintaining proper loading and unload heights.  Candidate must be 18 years of age or older, be able to push lift or pull up to 75 lbs., have the ability to work in extreme cold weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.  Must be able to work graveyard shifts, late night hours, weekends and holidays.  Previous ski area/industry experience a plus, but not required.  On-site training provided.
  • Instructor

    Instructors are responsible for delivering our unique, experiential-learning based curriculum to guide school-aged children from discovery to self-mastery in skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing.  Instructors develop a daily teaching plan and tailor the learning environment to the skills of each group.  They create stations that advance the group’s capabilities using games and activities.  Instructors guide the coaches and their kids through each game station and oversee the assessment of the participant’s abilities. Intermediate to expert skier/snowboarder with snow-sports experience.  Previous experience working with children, preferred.  PSIA/AASI Level 1+ or Children’s Specialist certification, a plus but not required.

  • Snowmaker

    This position is responsible for operating snowmaking equipment, conducting maintenance checks, monitoring water resources, documenting and reporting mechanical safety issues and performing light maintenance on equipment.  Candidate must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, be able to push lift or pull up to 75 lbs. and have the ability to work in extreme cold weather conditions.  Must be able to work graveyard shifts, late night hours, weekends and holidays.  Previous ski area/industry experience a plus, but not required.  On-site training provided.

  • Groomer

    This position is responsible for maintaining mountain skiing surfaces to finest level possible; ability to operate slope grooming equipment; provide basic preventative maintenance, maintain adequate snow levels throughout the ski area and provide manual labor in other slopes and trails work.  Candidate must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, be able to push lift or pull up to 75 lbs., have the ability to work in extreme cold weather conditions and sit for long periods of time.  Previous experience required.

  • Heavy Equipment Mechanic

    The position is responsible for working on heavy equipment, vehicles, mowers, small engines and other machinery on and around the ski area; follow the requirements of the manufacturer; use power tools, torque wrenches, mechanical lifts, and other devices to work on vehicles; keep detailed records and perform functions which include adjusting equipment to manufacturers requirements and test equipment for proper use. Candidate must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions, be able to push lift or pull up to 100 lbs., have the ability to work in extreme cold weather conditions, stand for long periods of time and work late night hours, weekends and holidays.  Certification from a formal school for mechanical repair required.

  • Line Cook

    This position is needed for cafeteria / commissary style environment. Experienced in high volume food preparation following recipes as well as creating menu options for large scale production. Conscientious of nutritional content and be able to improvise healthier alternatives. Needs to be able to work various stations including production, preparation, service, and breakdown. A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment interacting with young athletes.

  • Kitchen Prep and Service / Dishwasher

    This position is responsible for all kitchen prep/dishwasher responsibilities which include following recipes, food prep, refilling stations, operating kitchen equipment, serving meals, cleanup, bussing tables, operating dishwasher and maintaining a clean work environment.

  • Parking Attendant

    This position is responsible for helping the team by directing mass passenger and personal vehicles in an organized fashion to optimize lot usage.  The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in extreme cold weather conditions, sit, stand, walk for long periods of time and be available to work various shifts including nights and weekends.

  • Shuttle Driver

    As a seasonal shuttle driver, you will operate a 12 passenger Sprinter to transport guests and employees around the center property as well as offsite parking areas, airports and occasional remote destinations.  Must possess a current CDL license with P and S endorsements.

  • Facilities

    This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment throughout the center.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to keeping driveways, stairs, decks and walkways clean; snow and ice removal; trash removal; cleaning and maintaining of all indoor and outdoor areas including restrooms; restocking supplies and other janitorial duties as assigned.

  • Security
    This position patrols and secures the interior and exterior of the property and grounds at the center to ensure all guests and staff are safe and secure. Ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience. SORA Certification or law enforcement training required.
  • Ski Patrol

    This position will monitor mountain areas, provide emergency medical care and other necessary assistance to participants and staff.  Enforces skiing safety regulations; completes ongoing training, emergency procedures practice and performs various trail maintenance tasks.  Must be a NSP member in good standing and be able to ski or snowboard all terrain in all types of conditions. Current OEC, OET and CPR certification required.

  • Ski Patrol Director

    This position is responsible for the daily operations and management of Ski Patrol at the Center.  Responsible for overseeing the processes of interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of the Ski Patrol staff including overseeing all required certifications and other trainings.  Must be a NSP member in good standing and an expert level skier as determined by the NSP.  Current OEC, OET and CPR certification required.

  • Business Development Associate
    The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating leads and identifying target organizations/schools to participate in our Winter4Kids programs, arranging meetings with potential organizations/schools, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing organizations/schools. Business Development experience in the non-profit or educational sector is preferred.
